Our 3rd Annual Scout Skills Challenge (a.k.a. the Wilbies) was help at Fort Eustis January 8-10.  Sixteen boys and three adults scored high enough to win a coveted Wilbies t-shirt.  Jacob V. defended his youth championship, defeating Austin S. by a mere .4 of a point.  For a full list of winners, click below.
