The 5th Annual Scout Skills Challenge (a.k.a. the Wilbies) are coming January 6-8 at Fort Eustis.  Every scout skill known to man is thrown at you in a boot camp setting.  You gotta have guts just to show up for this event!  We'll sleep at nearby Cheatham Annex this year ... eat in the mess halls ... run the obstacle course ... light fires ... you name it, we do it!

We will meet for the first time at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church on Monday December 5th at 7 PM. Parents are invited to attend this meeting to see our new meeting place and meet a representative of the church, Mr. Dick Turner.

November 11-13, Williamsburg Pottery Campground.  The Feast will be held at 6:00 PM on Saturday.  Families & friends welcome!

Troop elections wil be held Monday, September 26.  If your scout is interested in an elected leadership position, he must request that his name be on the ballot no later than September 19.

We're watching the fires in the Great Dismal Swamp closely.  WHile the fire is now 90% out, and it was not near the camping area, we are being cautious.  Standby for more details...
